TongueCraft operates with privacy as an architectural pillar. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use your customer texts, drafts, or rewritten documents to train public foundation artificial intelligence models.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver our writing enhancement services:

Account Identifiers: Your email address, encrypted password hash (Argon2id), and optional display name.
Payment Records: Payment provider transaction IDs and subscription statuses. We never store credit card numbers (PANs) or CVVs.
Usage Telemetry: Aggregated character, word, and request counts used strictly to enforce plan quotas and prevent abuse.

3. Document Retention & Deletion

Documents are only saved when explicitly requested via the auto-save setting. You may permanently delete saved documents or your entire account at any time through your dashboard settings.
